
Sue Herrman
Vice President & Client Executive
Sue joined InfoWorks in December 2005 with more than 20 years of experience in IT management, sales, consulting and relationship management at IBM and Gartner, Inc. She is responsible for client relationships and satisfaction, identification of new opportunities for InfoWorks to add value to our clients, and creating new client engagements through referrals and networking.
During her tenure with IBM’s Tennessee regional staff, Sue led the quality management initiative and drove process re-engineering efforts in addition to many years with both IBM and IBM Global Services serving in sales and sales management positions. At Gartner, she worked closely with major corporate clients in Tennessee, ensuring they received value from Gartner’s research and consulting projects in order to grow revenue and reduce operating costs.
She is a member of the Nashville chapter of Women in Technology Tennessee, Nashville Healthcare Council, Nashville Sports Council, and is a board member for Impact Nashville, the premier women’s giving circle in Nashville. In addition, Sue was named a finalist in the Nashville Business Journal’s 2013 Women of Influence Awards as a Community Supporter. She was also selected as a 2012 member of the American Heart Association’s Circle of Red.
