Rachel Ferraguto has extensive experience as a project manager, product owner, and business analyst in the custom application development space. As a Principal, she is dedicated to developing personal relationships with clients that are built around trust and respect, fostering a collaborative environment for solving complex issues. She excels at planning, designing, and timely execution.
Her favorite aspect of InfoWorks is the team of hardworking, intelligent, and kind people that she gets to work with every day. She serves on the company’s social committee and is passionate about preserving the culture and work ethic of the company.
Rachel’s work history includes roles as senior business consultant, healthcare technology analyst, QA lead and tester, Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Application Support Coordinator. Her strengths include organizing and coordinating many different groups of people, requirements gathering and documentation, testing, and working with developers throughout the software development lifecycle to implement first-rate products.
Life Outside the Office
Rachel lives in Nashville with her husband. She enjoys cooking, baking, and trying new restaurants around the city. She also likes to keep up with her lifelong sport of swimming by doing laps at the Y every week and her guilty pleasure is watching reality TV.
