InfoWorks is celebrating 25-year anniversary with new CEO at the helm.
[Nashville, TN] March 24, 2022 — The InfoWorks’ board named Paul Kleine-Kracht as CEO. As a former InfoWorks’ senior consultant and leader in the industry, he brings a dedication to continuous improvement and insightful growth that will support the unique company culture and enable the organization to continue to expand its offerings and reach.
“I’m excited to return to InfoWorks and build on the long, rich history we have of providing a talented, creative group of consultants to the clients we serve. We have some exciting developments in the works to mark our 25th year, and I look forward to working with the team and our clients to continue to meet organizational challenges in innovative ways.”
Paul Kleine-Kracht, CEO
After a 5-year tenure as senior consultant at InfoWorks, Kleine-Kracht accepted a position as Executive Vice President, Partner with C3 Consulting, LLC, then Director of Disbursement Management with HealthTrust, and finally Vice President of Healthcare Practice, Partner with North Highland Consulting.
Kleine-Kracht began his new role as Nashville Business Journal’s Best Places to Work announcements were being made, this being the 9th consecutive and 14th year in total that InfoWorks has won this honor. In its 25-year history, the organization has grown from a small company serving the greater Nashville area, to a national brand. With an inspiration to develop a strong company culture, in 2010 founder, Jim Clayton, established an Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP), one of the many benefits that draws interest from candidates as they continue to expand their workforce.
“We founded InfoWorks to re-invent the consultancy experience. Clients needed continuity, a team of consultants that could work across various projects and initiatives, and consultants wanted the opportunity to maintain steady work without the need to travel. We’ve received an overwhelmingly positive response. The ESOP provides further continuity for both clients and employees because we can pass leadership on to a new generation without the disruption caused by a selloff. We are proud of our Nashville roots and are uniquely positioned to take advantage of the growth here. We are equally delighted to have Paul return to the team to lead the next phase of our growth as a national organization.”
Jim Clayton, Executive Chairman of the Board
Since graduating from Owen Graduate School of Management in 1997, Kleine-Kracht has enjoyed being involved in the Nashville community and serves on the boards of the Adventure Science Center, Boy Scouts of America, and Habitat for Humanity.
