He has worked with a range of organizations from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies. Robert is skilled at creating and executing comprehensive strategic plans that grow and scale successful businesses, including implementing mergers and acquisitions, outsourcing, and large-scale technology implementations across several industries like healthcare and technology.
Robert is excited to work as a Client Executive with InfoWorks because it allows him to leverage his professional and personal experiences to relate to his clients, understand their business needs and create tailored solutions. He is passionate about improving businesses through practical and impactful solutions and takes pride in collaborating with leaders to achieve their goals.
In his previous career with a national healthcare provider, Robert created an Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) with governance structure and large-scale portfolio management. Other initiatives he took part in include leading an enterprise-wide Lean Innovation process improvement, business operations turnaround and transformation, launching new business models, and developing an innovative patient engagement outreach tech-enabled service.
These roles, as well as his time serving as Chief Operating Officer of a healthcare tech-enabled services start-up, give him firsthand knowledge of business operations and what it takes to drive success.
Robert enjoys cooking and trying new restaurants in and around Nashville. He is a lifelong athlete that enjoys cycling, hiking and his newest passion, pickleball. An avid traveler, Robert is always planning his next trip.
