Lane has over twenty years of experience in analysis and management roles and is skilled at leading organizations through business-critical transformations. She draws on that experience in her role as President of InfoWorks where she is responsible for maintaining employee satisfaction, preserving high quality standards for our clients, and ensuring revenue and profit goals are met and exceeded each year.
From start-ups to Fortune 10 companies, Lane has brought a range of projects to a successful completion. including mergers and acquisitions, outsourcing, and large scale technology implementations. She has worked across several industries but has a background of targeted expertise as a Healthcare Practice Lead. Her specialties include cross-functional processes and organizational design, change management, and aligning business and operational units with technology.
Lane’s passion for people is manifest in the initiatives she executes, from advancing the InfoWorks’ employee-centric culture to offering her time in mentorship of others or driving ever higher levels of client satisfaction. She believes that building relationships and being present for our clients are fundamental to InfoWorks’ success.

Lane stays busy as a mom to three active girls, all under the age of ten.
