InfoWorks, Inc. has been named by the Nashville Business Journal as one of the Best Places to Work for a fifth consecutive award year. Honored during an awards luncheon held May 22, 2012, InfoWorks was recognized in the mid-sized business category for its employee-focused company structure. Best Places to Work nominees were grouped according to company size and number of employees. Employees of nominated companies were then asked to complete an online survey measuring 10 key engagement categories focused on items including team effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, manager effectiveness, compensation, and benefits. Employees could also freely list any comments they wanted to share about their company.
