InfoWorks built and implemented a custom application that automated data integration processes and seamlessly provided necessary marketing data to Marketo daily.

Our client partners with health plans to provide comprehensive wellness solutions to millions of members via a market leading wellness software platform. The client purchased the cloud-based Adobe Marketo marketing automation software to communicate with members and help increase adoption of and engagement with their wellness platform. Marketo replaced their existing email tool which had limited functionality and required manual intervention to create and load data for email activities.
InfoWorks was engaged to help identify data needed for effective adoption and engagement activities as well as to build the automated integration that would transmit required marketing data to Marketo on a daily basis.
Our team worked with key stakeholders to define the scope of the project and what data was required for adoption and engagement marketing. Using an iterative development process, we designed, developed, and tested an automated solution to send the required data to Marketo.
The automated solution included daily automated processes to extract data from the source system into a separate data store, transform data to files, and load the files to Marketo via a standard API. The solution also offered orchestration to coordinate source system data loads, file creation, and Marketo upload.
The end product was a client branded data management system that automated data processes and allowed for communication customizations in Marketo. It provided our client a simple way to configure which data is sent to Marketo in order to comply with contract restrictions. It also incorporated tools for logging, data exchange monitoring, and error resolution.
