Our client’s corporate marketing team was asked to pilot a scalable marketing campaign for a nurse hotline. The campaign used the same creative concepts, messaging, and targeting across markets but needed to be adapted for each market’s local branding. The client’s analytics team would track results.
They approached InfoWorks to help with overall program management and a communications strategy as it was the first time their internal teams and vendor partners had come together to work in this way on a marketing campaign. Previously, individual campaigns were created and deployed at a local level.
InfoWorks oversaw the project plans needed to launch the campaign in each participating market and coordinated with internal teams to track and report outcomes. Our team developed and documented a standardized process for executing scalable campaigns that could be replicated.
The campaign drove a positive ROI for the client and was successfully expanded across multiple markets. It served as a proof of concept for the Fortune 100 healthcare organization, as a new way of managing marketing campaigns. They continued using it on additional centralized campaigns.
