Robust project trackers were developed to ensure processes were documented and statuses were up to date, increasing team collaboration, communication, and efficiency.
The marketing strategy team is now able to track campaigns, collaborate with vendors and maintain their budget more efficiently.
Our client did not have a system or processes in place to track the status of campaigns led by their marketing strategy team. This lack of standardization led to inefficiencies and duplicate work efforts, negatively impacting the team and its vendors.
Our team was employed to assist with overall process improvement including documentation of processes, roles, and responsibilities for executing and scaling nationwide marketing campaigns.
InfoWorks project managers created and implemented an invoice tracker, work intake process, team roles and responsibilities matrix, and campaign management project tracker using SmartSheet. These initiatives allowed for greater visibility into deliverables and project statuses, as well as optimization of their internal team.
Throughout implementation, we closely monitored these tracking systems to ensure our client’s team was able to successfully adopt and utilize the assets. Following implementation, the client was able to change from working reactively, to proactively. The project led to:
