Our client, a prominent home and alternative site infusion therapy company, saw an opportunity to generate additional revenue through direct data sales. They engaged InfoWorks to analyze the potential of selling into new channels and advancing their data capture infrastructure. With advanced analytics capabilities, they would also be strategically positioned to further enhance care delivery for patients.
The InfoWorks data science, value-based care, and specialty pharmacy experts collaborated to provide a detailed business plan. The plan documented the state of our client’s current data sales model, data infrastructure, and sales projections. From there, a data sales expansion strategy was outlined, technology recommendations presented, timeline mapped out, and ROI forecasted. Additionally, specific recommendations for building on to their current data sales model were documented, with emphasis on expected internal and external benefits.
