Rebecca joined InfoWorks in February 2015 and will be building on InfoWorks’ solid foundation by developing and executing the healthcare services direction of the company, overseeing the firm’s healthcare business development efforts, assuring healthcare client delivery quality, and delivering results for the healthcare services business.
Rebecca has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, across several healthcare disciplines, including provider, payer, and health and wellness. Her experience includes new business model creation, business and IT alignment, business architecture development, customer experience, and transformational program delivery. In various leadership and healthcare consulting roles, she has combined her business acumen and operations experience with strategic value creation and change management skills to achieve measurable business results. She leverages her expertise as a certified HBDI professional to align expectations and communications in all her interactions.
She has held leadership positions with several global services and technology companies, including work as a healthcare client executive with the North Highland Company, and as Vice President of Sales Operations and as Vice President of Solutions Value Assurance for Healthways. In addition, she has held several leadership roles with Cisco Systems.
Rebecca is very active in the local Nashville community. She was named a 2015 Health Care Hero, in the Health Care Professional Services category, by the Nashville Business Journal. In addition, Rebecca was asked to be a mentor for Jumpstart Foundry’s 2015 healthcare companies. She serves as the Chair of the CIO Council Initiative for the Tennessee HIMSS Chapter. Additionally, she serves on the board of directors of Hands on Nashville. Rebecca is also a member of Leadership Healthcare, a foundation associate of the Women Business Leaders of the US Healthcare Foundation, and a former board member of the Nashville Technology Council.
