Get to know Andrea

Andrea joined InfoWorks in August 2002 and currently serves as the Director of Human Resources. She oversees recruiting, performance, professional development, and helps drive strategic HR direction.

Andrea enjoys having the opportunity each day to impact employee-owners’ lives and their work/life satisfaction. She realizes that a well-cared for team can better serve our clients’ needs. In every interaction, she tries to remember that everyone has different life circumstances which impact how they show up to work every day. It is a guiding principal that helps her serve the team to the best of her abilities. Great work gets done when you treat everyone with trust and respect.

Prior to her time in HR, she served as a Consultant and Client Executive at InfoWorks. She has 16+ years of experience working on software development projects, business process analysis and improvement solutions, and project administration and management.

Life Outside the Office

As a mom and cheerleader to three kids and all their extracurriculars, life is just as busy at home as life at work.  Andrea’s family loves to spend time outside, whether it is on a lake doing all the water sports, camping, or going on wild adventures.
