Nashville’s InfoWorks acquires FocusPoint

InfoWorks, an award-winning management consulting company, announced that it has acquired the assets of boutique consulting firm FocusPoint, led by Nathan King, CEO.

The two Nashville-based companies will merge operations and leadership. King now leads InfoWorks’ Business Intelligence and Analytics Practice.

InfoWorks sought to expand its business intelligence and analytics capabilities to better help companies take advantage of the dramatic proliferation of data available to companies today. We acquired FocusPoint’s assets because of its capabilities to help our customers rapidly access data and make decisions.”

Like InfoWorks, FocusPoint serves customers across multiple industries, including healthcare and manufacturing. “It is a privilege to join InfoWorks. The company has an excellent reputation for serving its customers well, and, as a part of the InfoWorks team, we will be able to use our methodologies that lead to data-driven decision making at a larger scale,” said King.

For two decades, InfoWorks has distinguished itself as a leader in Nashville and Middle Tennessee, providing innovative business and technology consulting services.

King has worked as both a business leader and consultant in companies ranging from publicly traded to private equity-owned to venture-backed, early startups. He has worked in five countries on three continents and has an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
